Planet WordPress was started by an Atlanta based company, Coggnition3 in March of 2010.  Planet WordPress is built upon the idea that blogging doesn’t have to be complicated and cumbersome. Cogg3 wanted to provided a venue for individual’s and small companies to host a weblog with no upfront overhead or costly infrastructure.  Planet WordPress was born as a place for individuals and companies to share content with anyone on the web. We are proud to host some of the internet’s most popular content to the most obscure blog.

How do we do this? Planet WordPress harnesses the power of the internet most popular blogging platform; WordPress.  WordPress has been incredibly successful and risen from a handful of users to the most-used blog tool in its category.*
